What does MCG do?

Modular Clinton Global (MCG) is an innovative company focused on integrating advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain to create sustainable and transparent supply chain solutions. MCG aims to revolutionise various industries internationally by enhancing efficiency, reducing carbon footprints, and promoting sustainability.

How does your work affect green hydrogen production?

MCG significantly influences green hydrogen production through its HyPACT (Hydrogen Production and Carbon Tracking) project, which maps the hydrogen supply chain between Australia and the UK. By exploring different hydrogen production pathways and developing lifecycle assessment results, MCG enhances hydrogen production’s transparency and efficiency. This not only aids in reducing lifecycle emissions but also creates a digitised emissions certification framework that helps producers demonstrate their emissions credentials and connect with consumers.

Why did MCG join the SASHA Coalition?

MCG joined the SASHA Coalition to collaborate with like-minded organisations dedicated to advancing the hydrogen economy. This coalition provides a platform for sharing knowledge, resources, and best practices, therefore accelerating the development and deployment of sustainable hydrogen technologies. We are a collaborative company believing that together we are stronger, and we can make a positive impact on our future. MCG’s participation underscores our commitment to fostering a global hydrogen economy that is both sustainable and safe.

What are your company’s goals and objectives?

MCG's primary goals are:

  • Developing advanced technological solutions to enhance supply chain transparency and efficiency.

  • Promoting sustainable practices in hydrogen production and other industries.

  • Facilitating the deployment of new technologies for emission quantification and reduction.

  • Collaborating with global partners to drive innovation and sustainability.

What could the future hold if these goals were reached?

Environmentally, there would be significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions across industries. Economically, enhanced supply chain transparency and efficiency would lead to cost savings, increased competitiveness, and the creation of new markets for green technologies. Overall, MCG’s success could pave the way for a more sustainable and prosperous global economy.
